All digital products delivered by email or download (such as tailor-made travel itineraries, digital travel guides, or strategy documents) are non-refundable once they have been sent or accessed, due to their intangible and non-returnable nature.

technical errors,
incomplete or incorrect content,

2. Personalized / Tailor-Made Services
Personalized services such as travel planning, itinerary creation, or consulting services are non-refundable once the work has started, as they require time, expertise, and resources.

3. Consulting Calls & Appointments
Consulting calls may be rescheduled for free if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable.
