These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the services provided by Odyssey Travel LTD (“we”, “our”, “the Company”), a bespoke travel planning agency registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16850338). By purchasing our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided
Odyssey Travel LTD provides personalised travel planning, itinerary design, consulting, and concierge services.
We do not sell flights nor flight-inclusive packages. Clients are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the destination.

2. Nature of Services
Our services include:

Tailor-made itinerary creation
Accommodation research and recommendations
Activity planning
Transportation coordination (non-flight)
Local experiences and concierge support
Any bookings made directly by the client with third-party suppliers are governed by the suppliers’ own terms and conditions.

3. Payments
All services are payable in advance or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices must be settled within the timeframe indicated on the invoice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
As our work consists of personalised consulting and planning, all service fees are non-refundable once the work has begun.
Fees paid directly to external suppliers are subject to their own refund policies.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate personal information, travel preferences, and any necessary documentation for their trip.
We are not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.

6. Liability
Odyssey Travel LTD acts solely as a consultant. We do not operate any accommodation, transportation, activity, or tour services.
We cannot be held liable for:

Third-party errors or service failures
Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by suppliers
Losses, damages, or accidents occurring during travel
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
